ROLE PURPOSE  

·         Retailers and growers segmentation

·         Customer Relationship Management

·         Market research Management

·         Communication Management

ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Implementation of marketing strategies, advertisement and its communication according overall HQ and country strategies

·         Surveys on markets (segments, users, sales channels and competition), analysis of the data and identification of positive opportunities.

·         Regular visits to customers and key retailers

·         Applies effective grower, channel and influencer segmentation

·         Develops/delivers innovative, customer-driven offers

·         Delivers distinctive value proposition to customer

·         Designs/implements effective CRM strategies

·         Manages distribution channels effectively

Transition accountabilities

·         Support the necessary activities to ensure business continuity during the transition.

·         Support the integration of the CP and SE marketing teams, including the definition of new processes/ways of working and fostering mindset change

Desired Skills and Experience

Critical experience and knowledge

·         3-5 years at least of experience as Marketing Manager for complex market/s, in a challenging, cross cultural environment

·         Preferrebly, 3-5 years of experience in the agribusiness industry

·         Advanced English (written and spoken)
