About this job

Job description

·        Lead all Set-up and configuration activities, ensuring that the healthcare solution product is implemented appropriately in the hospital enterprise
·        Own and physically perform presales documentation and post sales, handover to Services team.
·        Develop influential relationships with target customers at all levels, understand decision-making processes, and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers.

·        Create customer Centric RIS and PACS Configurations & Solutions and take on stretch assignments in High Acuity Care areas
·        Own Technical and Functional Response to RFPs and Tenders in assigned region by completing customer responses scaling to several hundred pages.
·        Orchestrating a complete workflow for a Digitized Radiology department and/or modules that provides an experience for scheduling, registration, reporting, tracking and managing patients, exams, supplies and improves the administrative and clinical workflow across all sizes of hospital enterprises and clinics. Architect comprehensive Imaging solutions that may include integrating several systems.
·        Gather and Provide competitive insight & assist in market segmentation and analysis
·        Represent Regional product needs with Global Product and Engineering teams
·        Support and Advise Customers in Imaging Information Solution selection, assessments and procurement process
·        Perform site surveys and Pre-Sale report outs to build most prudent configurations for solutions

Desired Skills and Experience

·         Bachelor or Master Degree in Public Health, Biomedical, Healthcare IT, Healthcare informatics.
·         At least 5 years or more of Healthcare IT/ PACS/RIS experience.
·         Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of healthcare delivery business processes at healthcare providers
·         Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of healthcare delivery business processes at healthcare providers
·         Thorough understanding of various types of tenders; preparing tender technical responses; deviation from standard tender clauses and their compliance; RFP scrutiny for functional, technical and standards compliance; Gap analysis; conduct pre-bid meetings internally; attending pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions with customers; RFP response collation from internal teams for compliant submissions
·         Understanding of  clinical workflow and technical architecture
·         Advanced communication and presentation skills
·         Identify required IT infrastructure to support imaging solutions.
·         Analytical thinking, problem isolation and solution, and value added negotiation skills
·         Understanding of the Healthcare IT data standards DICOM, ICD 10, IHE , HL7, etc.
