Developer with good design and development experience
is required. Hands on Development experience using ETL tools.

Desired Skills and
Experience
Essential
experience:- Hands-on development using IBM DataStage or Cognos
Manager/ Cognos Decisionstream ETL tools and establish standard and
templates.
Define and
implement ETL development standards and procedures
Define and
implement ETL tool configuration.
Ensure ETL
quality through inspections and knowledge sharing.
Strong analysis
and design skills
Strong experience
with Business Intelligence and data warehousing design principles
and industry best practices.
Deep understanding
of relational database design concepts
and SQL programming.
Experience of
database Design, sizing and estimating
Experience of Oracle
Database 10g, 11g, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL query tuning, DOS, Windows Server
2003 and UNIX.
