Leap Power is an emerging and dynamic company with headquarter based in Richardson, Texas, USA. The company has introduced best-in-class distributed power generation products in MEA with key focus in telecom and energy markets. The leadership position provides an excellent opportunity for growth and equity ownership for the right candidate.  The candidate will be responsible for managing and generating sales through service providers and indirect channels in MEA. Desired Skills and Experience

·        Minimum 10 years experience in selling telecommunications power, power generation or related products to service providers and OEMs in Africa.

·        Familiarity with power systems, solar power, fuel cell power systems and/or UPS is preferred.

·        Proven track record in indirect channel management and OEMs.

·        Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. MBA preferred.

·        Demonstrated history of sales positions in entrepreneur, fast-paced environments requiring innovation, flexibility, and ability to work with minimal resources.

·        Strong analytical, time management, prioritization and planning skills.

·        Strong verbal and written communications skills.

·        Computer skills, including spreadsheet, power point presentation and word processing programs.
