Job description
LSL is seeking aggressive,
self-driven sales & marketing professionals with strong history of sales
success, maintaining & retaining senior client relationships and selling in
new markets, who want to take ownership of major sales restructure in a
rapidly growing niche sector. The right candidate will take ownership of

LSL's consultative sales process from lead generation through contract
negotiation and closing.
2.
Managing dedicated and non-dedicated resources to deliver significant new
business across the organization.
3.
Driving the identification and qualification of new business leads.
4.
Nurturing prospects to find specific opportunities, prepare & oversee
the proposal development process and actively work to close new business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
o The sales and
marketing of 3 proprietary Loyalty & Incentive Software brands. This will
involve lead generation, proposal development, sales calls and capabilities
presentations, and closing business through the contract stage in a
team-selling environment.

Rewards
Plus – an
online hosted SME Loyalty system using branded magnetic stripe cards, POS
terminal & back-end administration module. This SME system allows for
loyalty points issuance & redemption & provides real-time customer
communication via email & sms

IGain – an offline locally installed SME Loyalty system using
branded PVC cards. This SME system allows for loyalty points issuance &
redemption in-store

Premium
Incentives – an
online & offline SME Incentives system using bar-coded cards and a hosted
back-end administration module. This SME incentives system allows for real-time
issuance of discounts, privileges, upgrades, etc
o The sales and
marketing of LSL Professional Training Courses as a value-added service for
customer facing organizations.
Desired Skills and Experience
The right Candidate must be a
polished sales professional with strong agency, analytic/database marketing and
software sales experience. He or she must have a working knowledge of database
marketing, consumer incentives, customer loyalty, CRM, marketing strategy and
agency services and a strong willingness and ability to drive LSL’s
consultative sales process.
Additionally, this professional will
work closely with LSL Management to support and refine effective sales
processes, leverage expertise area resources in new sales opportunities and
help to build an integrated sales team equipped to represent the company's
strategic, technology and agency offerings. The candidate must possess strong
organizational, computer and internet skills, as well as being able to
multi-task smoothly and efficiently.
