Job description
To
leverage capital and people resources in order to enhance sustainable growth in
brand equity, sales volume and market share, competitive advantage and
corporate reputation through:

Developing a market potential study
collated and analysed for the District to maximize sales volume and exploit
distribution opportunities
·
Developing and aligning District
Route to Market (RtM) plan to the national strategy
·
Aligning the district brand and
channel plans with the Marketing strategy
·
Developing and and aligning
a Sales and Distribution strategy for the district
·
Developing and managing budgets
·
Managing the distribution function of
a depot
·
Managing a team
Desired Skills and Experience
·
A Degree in a commercial field
·
Minimum 5 years in a Sales /
Operations / Marketing Management position in the FMCG market
·
Experience in managing both sales and
distribution
·
Good negotiation skills
·
Good communication skills
·
Good computer skills
