Job description

·        Strategic leadership

·        Framing, Exploration and Execution of Business Strategy

·        Budgetting and achievment of revenue/budget forecasts

·        Development of the organisational Structure in Nigeria and West Africa

·        Implementation of the organisations approved operational plans

·        Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the organisations internal processes

·        Ensure optimal management of the company's financial, human and material resources

·        Responsibility for overall operations in agreed geographical areas and adherence to global and local service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance

·        Co-ordinate day to day activites of the company

·        Key Driver of Business development and Expansion

Desired Skills and Experience

·        MBA/

·        Minimum of 15 Years cognate experience, five of wich must be at a top management position in a recognised corporate organisation globally

·        Knowledge and insights of current trends in the power sector or the oil and gas sector must be able to lead the development of critical infrastracture/projects and create new business platforms

·        Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage

·        A degree in Engineering will be an added advantage
