Position Summary
To provide support to the NIMC project in relation to activities of with NIMC, reports of enrolment   results, software updates and payment follow up. Preparation of Client's   portfolio, presentations and proposals of incentive. Give assistance in the   filed team in the region for all projects. Keep permanent contact with   clients to help his managers in the routine tasks.


Position Scope
Working together into to   prepare documentation that includes Client's portfolio analysis, power point   presentations, and support activities as required by project teams; on Demand   tool has to be updated with client´s information and projects, keep permanent   contact with clients to help his managers in the routine tasks.

Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area
  •   Establish, develop and manage relationships with Vendors, Processors and Domestic Switches
  •   Business Development and Relationship   Management
  •   Establish, develop and manage the   relationship between Chams Consortium and designated clients’, industry   representatives in-country such as Central Banks, Governments, Bankers   Association and Media
  •   Ensure effective communication of progress to   targets both within Chams consortium and NIMC
  •   Assist with the affiliation process of a new   client; collect and review documentation required
  •   Support and prepare documentation for the   “PRA”, Waiver and “PIF” process.
      Review the approval process of a new   co-branding program or affinity; take care of all documentation/forms   required ; make register in the Profiler program;
  •   Preparation of Budget and Rolling Forecast   Exercises for both Stats and GL for the entire Sales Functional Group;
  •   Assist in the preparation of quarterly and   monthly reports to keep track of sales results and variances against plan;
  •   Support with incentive proposals and follow   up approval of incentive; monitoring the results reached by clients and   follow up of payments;
  •    Assist finance staff with the QOC   issues with customers

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
  • Analytical skills (ability to identify trends, tendencies, forecast, etc.)
  • Project Management PMP/Prince 2 certification (compulsory)
  • Advanced spreadsheet modelling skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office tools - Excel, Power Point.
  • Fully bilingual (English)
  • Presentation skills (Written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (ability to interact with several teams simultaneously)
  • Detailed and numbers oriented
  •  Candidate must have the ability to travel frequently
  • Experience with strategic planning, creative thinking and solution development
  • Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
