We are currently looking for several Implementation Manager. This role is a contract for 6 to 12 months (plus possible extension), based in Lagos.

Job Summary 

Implementation Management has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.

The job role is can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.

Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

Responsibilities & Tasks 

  • End to end interface to Project and Customers
  • Relate with supply on materials, Logistics, Sourcing, neighboring function involved in the rollout
  • Documentation

  • Preparation, Planning & Organizing of activities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years’ experience as Radio Implementation Manager eg Site Engineer, Installer, Civil Works construction, Civil Work design, Turn-key rollout incl. Site Acquisition etc.
  • BEng/BSC/HND or its equivalent degrees in any of the Engineering or related Fields
  • Must have oral and written communication skills
  • Reporting using Site Handler/Excel/Power Point is a must
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors
  • Takes ownership to drive end to end
  • Can work independently
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Ericsson tools like PIwin, GASK and SiteHandler
  • Good knowledge of Ericsson family of RBS2000/3000/6000 and Trouble Shooting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Ericsson TN family and Trouble Shooting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Feeder Measurements and Trouble Shooting (like VSWR and PIM problems).
  • Good knowledge of Ericsson Installation standards, Site Engineering and Quality.
  • Good communication skill (English, written and speaking) and a Transfer-of-Knowledge attitude.
