The role of the Personal Assistant to Head HR is crucial to the smooth management of the office HHR. The role holder will work closely with the Head, HR and the HR team by providing required support. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•General Office Management
•Arrange all internal and external meetings for the HHR.
•Support the HHR in the preparation of relevant Board / Regulatory papers
•Support the HHR in responding to ex-employee reference requests, introductory letters and other relevant communications.
•Receive all mails, time stamp and distribute as appropriate.
•Follow up on action points agreed at meetings
•Collate and manage the leave plan and handover process
•Act as secretary for the unit’s meetings
•Ensure stationeries are available and stocked as at when required
•Any other assignment assigned by the HHR. 

Qualifications & Skills

•Minimum of a 2nd Class degree in a relevant course
•3-5 years experience in a medium sized organisation 
•General high level of computer literacy 
•Excellent use of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel tools
•Good communications and interpersonal skills
•Ability to use own initiatives
•Attention to details

The position is for Head of New Ventures.  I am looking for the ideal candidate,  who has a strong and broad background in Geoscience acquired at International and Independent Oil companies. You will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the company in new basins and blocks in Africa, as well as screening new acquisition opportunities in Nigeria.  
The New Ventures Manager will liaise with Exploration, Asset, Drilling and Production Managersand report to the Chief Operating Officer.  

My client is needing a very strong minded and knowledgeable individual who has worked both in Nigeria and Internationally. Understands the dynamics and characters of strong personalities and knows how to implement change where needed. You need to understand your parameters of work, and advise on the if not's and the why not's etc with sound knowledge.

Business Performance Management :

•Source appropriate Fixed Income instruments catering to Consumer Banking customers.

Field Completion Engineer works as part of a functional group that supports asset teams. This position will be required to support and supervise the execution of the completion operations onsite (rig). The position is responsible for performing technical completion engineering for well design, well planning, operations support and review of rig requirements.

Required Qualifications:


·        Bachelors Degree in Engineering
·        Minimum of ten years experience in completion design and operation experience planning and executing completions offshore (shallow water).
·        Proven competency in completion design, planning, and execution of variety of sand control completions (e.g. frac pack, gravel pack, expandable screens, stand alone screens) and artificial lift (e.g. gas lift, ESP).
·        A valid WellCap Well Control Certificate is required.
·        Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
·        Strong communication and leadership skills for interaction with technical employees in the work group, their peers, and internal and external customers.
