Mission 

She/he will have for mission:- Achieve ambitious sales targets in the area under responsibility- Maintain regular contact with distributors- Organize customer visits with distributor representatives to give support in the sales and aftermarket process- Organize regional sales training in coordination with Multibrand International organization. - Aggressively and continuously recruit new distributors- Closely monitor and report the competitor activities in the area- Set and review the sales targets for each distributor in the area- Maintain the regular reporting of sales activities

*To effectively manage the irregular and substandard portfolio with Nigeria and report major irregularities. 
* To identify potential problems and recommend action, for work - outs ensuring that such action is taken in order to minimize losses.

*Interpret MIS statistical information relating to performance of recoveries e.g. Delinquency ratio, volume of recoveries made, etc. 
*Ensure that scheduled returns are submitted to conform to laid down standards required by Group.

A strong back ground of design and operation/ commissioning support experience on both static equipment (vessels – pressure & atmospheric, heat exchangers, filters, columns, heaters, Flare stacks, etc.) and rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, coolers, blowers, fans, etc.).

Candidates must have handled Vendor interfaces, familiar with preparation of material/ equipment requisitions, specifications, datasheets and can also perform equipment design calculations.   

Engineers who have site experience will have a higher chance of securing this fantastic opportunity.
