Job description
Coordination
of real estate advisory/marketing and related activities in the branch
Cross-Selling
and marketing of Cowry’s other investment banking products
Preparing
suitable proposals on core marketing functions
Provide
Real Estate Financial Advisory
Liaise
with the Government Bodies such AGIS on issues relating to land/property titles
such as legal search, registration of titles etc
Supervise
and monitor the provision of facility management services been provided on
existing and future mandates
Assist
clients and prospect ive clientsin processing and obtaining mortgage finance
for property acquisition.
Seek
out and advice management for foreclosed properties, distressed property seller
and under-priced properties which the Cowry can buy, renovate and re-sell or
manage.
Seek
out estate development opportunities which can be developed sole or through a
Joint Venture arrangement.

Work Experience
Not
less than 3 years relevant work experience
