Job description
This position
reports directly to the Board of Directors of the Company and calls for someone
who can manage a team of 15+ people in a fairly independent manner. This
position is a leadership role and calls for someone who has deep educational
and administrative experience.
We are looking for:

experienced, mature, self-motivated individual that LOVES young children and is
OBSESSED with their learning needs

An
imaginative leader that understands that young children learn through play and
actively engages their minds through creative activities lead by a team
·
A team
player and motivator who leads through example and influence, not brute force
or
disrespectful conduct

A
highly organized and focused person with steeped experience in early years
learning focusing on children ages 1 - 6
·
Someone
who understands that the customer (both parent and child) are
paramount and their welfare is our primary business
·
An
astute administrator and business manager
·
Someone
who either has experience managing a P&L or understands what it
means to drive a business for financial performance
·
An
executive that understands and manages the operations, finances,
strategy, and marketing aspects of the business
·
A
results-oriented person that works tirelessly and without excuses

Paloo’s Place is a
children’s educational play and activity center based in Ikoyi, Lagos, focusing
on young children ages 1 through 6. The Company commenced operations in 2011
and has experienced tremendous growth across its key play and educational
modules. Paloo’s Place has emerged successfully through the start-up phase and
is looking for an Education Management Executive that will guide it
successfully through its next, critical phase of strategic growth. We are
