Our client is an international,
independent exploration and production company. Having made on of the Top 7
largest global discoveries in 2013 they are experiencing continuing success and
growth within existing assets and new developments and as such we are currently
looking for a local Senior Production Technologist, to be based in West Africa,
to ensure well performance on existing operations.
The main responsibilities are to
provide;
·
Day-to-day production surveillance
·
Ensure process/production
optimisation
·
Ensure artificial lift optimisation
and water injection surveillance and optimisation
·
Production accounting and back-up
support for field operations

Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate would have;
·
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the
oil and gas sector
·
Degree in Petroleum, Chemical or
Mechanical Engineering (from a reputable higher institution) Master’s level
degree would be advantageous
·
Experience in production operations
·
Experience in production
optimisation, well performance, pumps and corrosion control
